Apple Carrot Smoothie : Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

We all love healthy yummy smoothies and most of the time we buy it from the shelf. Its really easy and less time consuming to prepare at home and I love to prepare mine at home.
one of the healthiest thing to have in the morning. Even if you miss your breakfast you can have this on the go. Make these healthy yummy filling smoothies for your breakfast and let me know if you liked it.


1 Carrot
2 Apples
1 cup Orange juice
1 Cup of pineapple cubes
1 Tsp Flax seed meal (optional)
Water as required

Put every thing in the blender and add required amount of water to it and blend till smooth.
Enjoy your healthy breakfast smoothie.
